Christmas Spiced Kombucha

2x 330ml bottles of Profusion Turmeric, Ginger and Lemon Kombucha

1 cinnamon quill

5 cloves 

3 cardamom pods

5cm piece of orange peel, plus extra for garnish

2 thin slices of fresh ginger

200ml fresh orange juice

5-6 ice cubes

Small handful of redcurrants 

  1. Add the cinnamon quill, cloves, cardamom pods, orange peel, ginger, orange juice and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds, and then strain to remove rind and spices. 
  2. Pour the liquid into two separate glasses, top with the kombucha and gently stir.
  3. Garnish with a curl of orange peel, the cinnamon stick and some fresh redcurrants! Share with friends for a non-alcoholic Christmas punch.
