Looking for a quick hack to reduce food waste this Christmas? Try these delicious zero-waste potato skins! 🎄

🥔 100g potato peels (from approximately 6 potatoes)
🥔 1 tbsp vegetable oil
🥔 ½ tsp Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt
🥔 Pepper, to taste
🥔 ½ tsp sage and onion seasonings

Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan.
On a baking tray, spread the potato peels and sprinkle with the oil and seasonings.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn the peels over after 10 mins to help them crisp up evenly.
Remove from the oven and place in a bowl. Sprinkle over extra salt and seasonings, and mix through to coat.
Dip in your favourite plant-based dips, and enjoy!

Halloween is here and this Virgin Bloody Mary will be the show-stopper drink at any party! 🎃👻

Here’s what you’ll need:
💛1 tbsp Profusion Pink Himalayan Fine Salt
💛1 tsp chilli powder
💛3 lime wedges
💛Handful Ice cubes
💛1 bottle of Profusion Ginger, Lemon & Turmeric Kombucha
💛120ml tomato juice
💛2 to 4 dashes hot sauce
💛2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1. Chilli & salt rim: Sprinkle the chilli powder and Himalayan salt onto a small plate and mix to combine. Rub one lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into the spice mixture until the edge is lightly coated. Set the glass aside.

2. Make the mocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker or large glass about 1/3 full with ice cubes. Squeeze the two remaining lime wedges into the shaker. Add kombucha (it will fizz), tomato juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire, and stir with a spoon until combined.

3. Add the garnish: Carefully pour the mocktail into the prepared glass without disturbing the salt rim. Add ice until the glass is full to within 1 to 2 inches of the top. Add some celery to garnish, and enjoy!
