We’re still OBSESSED with this protein cookie dough bark recipe! 🍪

Ingredients:
75g plant-based protein powder
75g oat flour
35g melted coconut oil
35g maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of dark chocolate chunks
Pinch of Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt

Method:
1. Mix together the cookie dough ingredients.
2. Spread onto a lined baking sheet.
3. Melt the chocolate and pour over the top of the cookie dough.
4. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours until completely firm before breaking into pieces.
5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy the protein-packed treat!

In need of a new recipe that is packed with protei

In need of a new recipe that is packed with protein and great for salad season? Well this protein orzo with beetroot, thyme and orange dish is the perfect thing for you. 💪

🍲 650g beetroot, peeled and grated
🍲 300g Profusion Chickpea Orzo
🍲 A handful of fresh thyme
🍲 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
🍲 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
🍲 2 tbsp olive oil
🍲 850ml water
🍲 ½ vegetable stock cube
To serve:
🍲 Zest of a small orange
🍲 A handful of fresh rocket
🍲 100g plant-based feta
🍲 A handful of toasted chopped hazelnuts
🍲 A drizzle of olive oil

In a large saucepan, place the grated beetroot, orzo, thyme, garlic and balsamic vinegar, oil, water and stock cube. Heat the pan over a high heat and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or until the orzo is cooked and water has been absorbed. Stir continuously so that the orzo doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Once the orzo is cooked,serve and top the dish with some orange zest. Fresh rocket, feta, toasted hazelnuts and a drizzle of oil.

Who said eating protein had to be boring? With this chocolate protein fudge recipe you can indulge in a delicious sweet treat whilst reaching you protein goals 💪

Ingredients:
🍫8 tbsp almond butter
🍫5 tbsp maple syrup
🍫200g vegan dark chocolate, chopped
🍫60g vegan chocolate protein powder
🍫2 tsp vanilla extract
🍫Profusion Pink Himalayan Coarse Salt Mill

Method:
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Add the chopped chocolate to a heat-proof bowl. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water to create a bain-marie, and stir while the chocolate melts. Remove the bowl from the heat.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter and the maple syrup and whisk until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and the vanilla extract, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
4. Add the protein powder and mix immediately. It will firm up, and should have a cookie dough texture.
5. Press the protein fudge into the baking tray. Smooth the top and place in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours. Once chilled and firm, sprinkle the salt on top for a delightful sweet and salty contrast. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Pack in your protein with these delicious BBQ load

Pack in your protein with these delicious BBQ loaded potato skins! 🥔💪

🥔 12 baby potatoes
🥔 1 tbsp olive oil
🥔 200g Profusion Pea and Fava Chunks
🥔 60g BBQ sauce
🥔 Sprinkle of cheese
🥔 Drizzle of ranch dressing
🥔 Chopped spring onion, for topping

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the potatoes onto the tray and drizzle with some olive oil, and bake for 40 mins.
In a large bowl, rehydrate your pea and fava chunks as explained in package directions.
Once the potatoes are baked, remove from the oven and cut in half. Scoop a bit of the potato inside to make room for the filling.
After rehydrating the chunks, drain them from the water and place into a new bowl. Mix the chunks with the BBQ sauce until fully coated.
Scoop some BBQ chunks onto the potatoes, filling the insides. Sprinkle on cheese and place into the oven for another 10 mins.
Once fully cooked, remove from the oven, drizzle some vegan ranch over the potatoes and top with some chopped spring onions then you are ready to enjoy this delicious bitesize snack packed with protein.
