5 Minute Kombucha Green Smoothie
ยฝ avocado (save the other half for your avo toast!)
2 handfuls spinach
1 small apple, cut into chunks
250ml Profusion Turmeric, Ginger and Lemon Kombucha
2 tbsp frozen mango
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds, plus an extra sprinkle for topping.
Handful of ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and top with a sprinkle of flaxseed. Enjoy this invigorating smoothie – the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed and nourished!
