Cashew Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

200g cashew butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
170g agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g chocolate protein powder
80g rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds

For topping:
3 tbsp of 70% dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Sprinkle of Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt

1. In a small saucepan, heat the cashew butter, coconut oil, agave, and vanilla over low heat.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the protein powder, oats, and chia seeds. Once fully combined, place the mixture onto a lined baking pan.
3. In another small saucepan, slowly melt the chocolate and coconut oil over low heat. Drizzle this on top of the protein bar mixture, ensuring that it is fully coated, then sprinkle on pink Himalayan salt.
4. Finally, place in the fridge to set for an hour, then you are ready to serve and enjoy these delicious protein bars.
