Christmas Spiced Kombucha
2x 330ml bottles of Profusion Turmeric, Ginger and Lemon Kombucha
1 cinnamon quill
5 cloves
3 cardamom pods
5cm piece of orange peel, plus extra for garnish
2 thin slices of fresh ginger
200ml fresh orange juice
5-6 ice cubes
Small handful of redcurrants
- Add the cinnamon quill, cloves, cardamom pods, orange peel, ginger, orange juice and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds, and then strain to remove rind and spices.
- Pour the liquid into two separate glasses, top with the kombucha and gently stir.
- Garnish with a curl of orange peel, the cinnamon stick and some fresh redcurrants! Share with friends for a non-alcoholic Christmas punch.
