High-Protein Green Goddess Pastaย 

400g Profusion Green Pea Penne
100g baby spinach
140g frozen peas
Handful fresh parsley
3 tbsp green pesto
150ml vegan single cream
50g vegan parmesan

1. Begin by cooking your pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, put the spinach and peas in a bowl with boiling water. Leave for about 3 mins until the peas are tender, then drain well.
3. Place the veg into a blender, then add the parsley, pesto, vegan cream and parmesan, and blend until a smooth sauce consistency.
4. Once your pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and add in your green sauce and heat over a low temperature.
5. Finally you are ready to serve with a sprinkle of vegan parmesan and enjoy this creamy goddess dish.
