Homemade Herb Salt Blends

Lemon Rosemary Salt

200g Profusion Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 

2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves

1 lemon

Chilli Lime Salt

200g Profusion Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 

1 lime

2 tsp chilli flakes

  1. For the Lemon Rosemary Salt, place the Himalayan salt into a jar or container. Zest the lemon with a grater to create about 1 tbsp lemon zest, and add the rosemary leaves and lemon zest to the himalayan salt. Stir to combine.
  2. For the Chilli Lime Salt, place the Himalayan salt into a jar or container. Zest the lime with a grater to create about 1 tbsp lime zest, and add the chilli flakes and lime zest to the himalayan salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Store in the cupboard for up to 6 months – the perfect seasoning for all your plant-based meals and marinades!
