Kombucha Popsicles

2 x 330ml Profusion Organic Kombucha (any flavour – we used Blueberry Pro +)

50g Blueberries

50g Raspberries

50g Strawberries

Handful of mint leaves

  1. Place chopped mixed fruit and mint leaves in popsicle moulds.
  2. Pour over Kombucha (very slowly!)
  3. Transfer to freezer once froth has gone down.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight and enjoy!
