Quick and Easy BBQ Protein Pizza
2 wholemeal wraps
60g Profusion Pea & Fava Protein Chunks
500ml water
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 medium courgette, sliced
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
Sprig of fresh basil
- Preheat the oven to 180/160C fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Empty the protein chunks into the cold water, along with the salt. Set aside for 10 minutes to rehydrate. Once rehydrated, drain the protein chunks.
- Spread the BBQ sauce onto the wraps, then top with the vegetables and rehydrated protein chunks.
- Place the wraps in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the fresh basil and slice. A high protein, quick pizza that’s perfect for sharing!
