Quick and Easy BBQ Protein Pizza

2 wholemeal wraps 

60g Profusion Pea & Fava Protein Chunks

500ml water

½ tsp salt 

3 tbsp BBQ sauce

1 medium courgette, sliced

100g mushrooms, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

Sprig of fresh basil

  1. Preheat the oven to 180/160C fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Empty the protein chunks into the cold water, along with the salt. Set aside for 10 minutes to rehydrate. Once rehydrated, drain the protein chunks.

  3. Spread the BBQ sauce onto the wraps, then top with the vegetables and rehydrated protein chunks.

  4. Place the wraps in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the fresh basil and slice. A high protein, quick pizza that’s perfect for sharing!
