Vegan Mother’s Day Tea

FOR THE SANDWICHES:

  • 6 slices of Profusion Organic Protein Bread (or our Super Oat Bread)
  • I avocado, mashed
  • 3 tbsp of Profusion Organic Beetroot Houmous
  • Green Cress
  • Pink Cress
  • Profusion Himalayan Pink Salt

SERVE WITH (OPTIONAL):

  • Lots of Profusion Organic Sauerkraut (you can add this to the sandwiches too)
  • Vegan macarons
  • Vegan scones
  • Fresh strawberries

1. Slice the protein bread in half and remove the crusts. Lay all slices on a chopping board.
2. Top 3 slices with the smashed avocado and pink cress and a sprinkle of salt and another three with the beetroot houmous and green cress.
3. Place the remaining 6 slices on top of the filled ones and serve immediately, alongside the macarons and scones if using.
