Vegan Mother’s Day Tea
FOR THE SANDWICHES:
- 6 slices of Profusion Organic Protein Bread (or our Super Oat Bread)
- I avocado, mashed
- 3 tbsp of Profusion Organic Beetroot Houmous
- Green Cress
- Pink Cress
- Profusion Himalayan Pink Salt
SERVE WITH (OPTIONAL):
- Lots of Profusion Organic Sauerkraut (you can add this to the sandwiches too)
- Vegan macarons
- Vegan scones
- Fresh strawberries
1. Slice the protein bread in half and remove the crusts. Lay all slices on a chopping board.
2. Top 3 slices with the smashed avocado and pink cress and a sprinkle of salt and another three with the beetroot houmous and green cress.
3. Place the remaining 6 slices on top of the filled ones and serve immediately, alongside the macarons and scones if using.
