Vegan Salsa with Pink Himalayan Salt

400g finely chopped tomatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt, to taste

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp minced fresh coriander

1 tbsp minced red onion

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp chilli powder

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp minced jalapeño pepper, or other chilli pepper

Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, Himalayan Salt and lime juice.
  2. Add the fresh minced coriander, minced red onion, ground cumin, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and minced jalapeño pepper. 
  3. Mix gently to combine well, and then chill until ready to serve. Top with some fresh coriander and a sprinkle of Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt.
