Vegan ‘Smoked Salmon’ Canapes
2 carrots peeled
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp peppercorns
generous sprig of fresh dill
5 slices of Profusion Organic Protein bread (toasted & cut into 3 circles per slice with a cookie cutter)
Vegan cream ‘cheeze’
- Pre heat oven to 180℃
- Peel carrots thinly. Steam the carrots for 5 minutes Then add the carrots and all other ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.
- Once cool, top the protein bread with cream cheeze and then the carrot mixture. Garish with extra dill.
