Zero-Waste Potato Peel Crisps

100g potato peels (from approximately 6 potatoes)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
ยฝ tsp Profusion Pink Himalayan Salt
Pepper, to taste
ยฝ tsp sage and onion seasonings

1. Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan.
2. On a baking tray, spread the potato peels and sprinkle with the oil and seasonings.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn the peels over after 10 mins to help them crisp up evenly.
4. Remove from the oven and place in a bowl. Sprinkle over extra salt and seasonings, and mix through to coat.
5. Dip in your favourite plant-based dips, and enjoy!
