Halloween is here and this Virgin Bloody Mary will be the show-stopper drink at any party! 🎃👻

Here’s what you’ll need:
💛1 tbsp Profusion Pink Himalayan Fine Salt
💛1 tsp chilli powder
💛3 lime wedges
💛Handful Ice cubes
💛1 bottle of Profusion Ginger, Lemon & Turmeric Kombucha
💛120ml tomato juice
💛2 to 4 dashes hot sauce
💛2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1. Chilli & salt rim: Sprinkle the chilli powder and Himalayan salt onto a small plate and mix to combine. Rub one lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into the spice mixture until the edge is lightly coated. Set the glass aside.

2. Make the mocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker or large glass about 1/3 full with ice cubes. Squeeze the two remaining lime wedges into the shaker. Add kombucha (it will fizz), tomato juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire, and stir with a spoon until combined.

3. Add the garnish: Carefully pour the mocktail into the prepared glass without disturbing the salt rim. Add ice until the glass is full to within 1 to 2 inches of the top. Add some celery to garnish, and enjoy!

This high-protein Snickers Date Bark recipe is a must-try! 💪

All you need is:
🥜24 Medjool dates
🥜120g natural peanut butter
🥜3 tbsp crushed peanuts
🥜125g vegan chocolate chips
🥜1 tsp coconut oil
🥜Profusion Himalayan Salt

Method:
1. Begin by removing the pits from the dates and pressing the dates onto a baking sheet to form a large bar.
2. Drizzle the peanut butter onto the dates, adding some crushed peanuts on top.
3. Next, in a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl, stirring it every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the date bar and sprinkle some Himalayan salt on top.
5. Place the date bar into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes to ensure the chocolate hardens.
6. Once set, slice into bars and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge for later.
